Board of Directors

Mike Barry
Non-Executive Chairman
Mike was appointed to Chairman of the Board in June 2023. Mike has a senior executive career spanning more than two decades, including a 13-year CEO role at MSF Sugar Limited and 10 years at Boral Limited. Mike is additionally the Non-Executive Chair of Entyr Limited (ASX:ETR).

Miles Brennan
CEO and Managing Director
Miles was appointed CEO and Managing Director in March 2023. It follows Miles’ appointment as Terragen’s Chief Financial Officer in August 2021. Prior to joining Terragen, Miles enjoyed a long finance leadership career across a variety of highly commercial businesses in the FMCG industry, including Simplot Australia, Treasury Wine Estates and Red Bull UK. Miles is a member of CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants) and CPA Australia.

Sam Brougham
Non-Executive Director
Sam served as Chairman of the Board from July 2017 to December 2019 and continues on the Board as Non-Executive Director. He has over thirty years’ experience in private and public investment and is currently a director of Ellerston Global Investments and Ceres Capital, a private global equity investment firm he co-founded in 1999. Sam also co-founded Structured Asset Management in 1993. After receiving an economics degree from the University of Adelaide, he spent his early career with Price Waterhouse, and as a partner at JB Were.

Ingrid Van Dijken
Non-Executive Director
Ingrid was appointed to the Board in December 2019. Ingrid has more than 20 years’ experience in private banking and funds management. She was based in Switzerland for more than twelve years, including eight years at Union Bancaire Privee, at the Geneva headquarters. In Australia, Ingrid managed the UHNW segment of NAB Private Wealth in Victoria for five years before joining the Impact Investment Group (IIG), Melbourne, in early 2014. During her four year tenure at IIG, Ingrid became Chief Operating Officer & Head of Investor Relations and was instrumental in driving the transformation from a start-up to a medium sized funds management business, transacting in excess of $1 billion across commercial real estate, large scale renewable energy infrastructure and venture capital sectors. Ingrid currently works at a privately held funds management firm in Melbourne and is Trustee of the St Peter’s Eastern Hill Melbourne Charitable Foundation. She holds a Masters’ degree in International Relations from the Graduate Institute in Geneva and an undergraduate degree from the Universiteit Utrecht, in the Netherlands.

Joss West
Chief Operating Officer
Dr Joss West grew up on cattle stations in the Northern Territory and Queensland. Her passion for agriculture and animals led her to complete a double degree as a Bachelor of Veterinary Biology / Bachelor of Veterinary Science at Charles Sturt University. After graduating in 2011, Joss progressed in clinics with a focus on mixed and production animal practice, eventually becoming a clinic lead for National Vet Care in 2018. She concurrently completed an MBA through Griffith University. Joss joined Terragen in 2022 as Head of Veterinary Science and has recently been appointed Chief Operating Officer. Joss is in the business of sustainable agricultural solutions and achieving profitable results for producers through preventative health and management strategies.

Robyn Smith
Chief Financial Officer & Company Secretary
Robyn joined Terragen in April 2021 as a Senior Financial Controller and was appointed to Chief Financial Officer & Company Secretary in July 2023. Robyn offers 15 years of expertise overseeing and directing accounting functions for private and public companies, including PwC, where she developed skills specific to the manufacturing and mining sectors.
Robyn is a Chartered Accountant (CAANZ) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in Accounting, Financial Management, Auditing and Tax.
