Travis Dillon

Non-Executive Chairman

Travis was appointed to the Board in May 2020 and appointed as Chairman in July 2020. Travis has had a distinguished career in Agriservices spanning nearly three decades, culminating in a successful period as CEO and Managing Director of Ruralco Holdings Limited. His experience brings enormous insights to the Terragen Board. Travis is currently the Chair of Clean Seas Seafood Ltd (ASX:CSS), Deputy Chair of Lifeline Australia, and a Non-Executive Director of Select Harvests Limited (ASX:SHV).

Jim Cooper

Managing Director and CEO

Jim was appointed to the Board and as CEO of the Company in June 2020. Jim brings a wealth of supply chain and agriculture experience from his time as CEO at Port of Portland, and previously as an Executive at Port of Melbourne. He brings to Terragen a passion for driving sustainable sales growth through development of clear corporate strategy. Jim holds a Bachelor of Economics and a Bachelor of Laws (with Honours) from Monash University, Melbourne.

Sam Brougham

Non-Executive Director

Sam served as Chairman of the Board from July 2017 to December 2019 and continues on the Board as Non-Executive Director. He has over thirty years’ experience in private and public investment and is currently a director of Ellerston Global Investments and Ceres Capital, a private global equity investment firm he co-founded in 1999. Sam also co-founded Structured Asset Management in 1993. After receiving an economics degree from the University of Adelaide, he spent his early career with Price Waterhouse, and as a partner at JB Were.

Ingrid Van Dijken

Non-Executive Director

Ingrid was appointed to the Board in December 2019. Ingrid has more than 20 years’ experience in private banking and funds management. She was based in Switzerland for more than twelve years, including eight years at Union Bancaire Privee, at the Geneva headquarters. In Australia, Ingrid managed the UHNW segment of NAB Private Wealth in Victoria for five years before joining the Impact Investment Group (IIG), Melbourne, in early 2014. During her four year tenure at IIG, Ingrid became Chief Operating Officer & Head of Investor Relations and was instrumental in driving the transformation from a start-up to a medium sized funds management business, transacting in excess of $1 billion across commercial real estate, large scale renewable energy infrastructure and venture capital sectors. Ingrid currently works at a privately held funds management firm in Melbourne and is Trustee of the St Peter's Eastern Hill Melbourne Charitable Foundation. She holds a Masters’ degree in International Relations from the Graduate Institute in Geneva and an undergraduate degree from the Universiteit Utrecht, in the Netherlands.

Miles Brennan

CFO and Company Secretary

Miles was appointed Chief Financial Officer in August 2021. Prior to joining Terragen, Miles enjoyed a long finance leadership career across a variety of highly commercial businesses in the FMCG industry, including Simplot Australia, Treasury Wine Estates and Red Bull UK. Miles is a member of CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants) and CPA Australia.

Martin Soust, PhD

Head of Science and Technology

Martin joined Terragen in 2015. Throughout his time with the company he has been involved in the developing the company’s technology and driving the company’s research and innovation programs. Before joining Terragen, Martin enjoyed several leadership positions in a diverse set of commercial R&D and innovation programs. Martin has a PhD and a MBA, both of which were awarded by Monash University, Melbourne.

Paul Grave

General Manager New Zealand

Paul was appointed General Manager New Zealand in May 2021, to set up, and lead, business operations in New Zealand with the aim of firmly embedding Terragen in New Zealand’s farming ecosystem. Paul has had an extensive agri career with dairy giant Fonterra across legal, commercial, and senior management roles. Paul was Director of Global Dairy Trade, growing the business from start up to electronically trading dairy products in over 100 countries, and the Head of Farm Source Waikato, leading a high performing team driving engagement across 5,000 farmers. Paul was also a Director of Milk Test NZ. Paul holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) (Economics) from the University of Otago, New Zealand.
